Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver on Saturday & Sunday only between 9am-6pm. Our delivery fee is based on location. We do not deliver further than 55km from the location of our home business. If you would like to request delivery outside of our range or time, please go to our "Contact" page and send us a message and we will see what we can do for you!

How come some dates are blocked out for pickups and deliveries?

Throughout the year we attend some markets as vendors in the GTA. Those blocked days are when we are vendors and we are unable to schedule a pickup or delivery. When you first go on our website, a pop-up will notify you if we have a market coming up.

How much notice do I need to give before placing an order?

For our regular menu, at least 48 hours. Our ordering system will help guide you to when our next availability will be. For custom orders we need at least 1 week and for catering we need at least 2 weeks. If you have any questions or requests go to our "Contact" page and send us a message. We will get back to you as soon as we can!

Do you have a storefront?

No, however, we are an inspected and licensed Home-Based bakery.

Do you use any artificial ingredients?

We do our best to use real, fresh, and quality ingredients for our baked goods. From squeezing fresh orange and lemon juice, to making our own jams and filings, to find and brew the best coffee and teas we can find!

Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide gluten free or vegan options at the moment.

Are there nuts in your products?

Yes, some of our products have nuts. Though not all of our products contain nuts, we are not a nut-free kitchen and there may be a potential for cross-contamination.

How long does your products last?

Most of our baked goods are best when eaten within 2 days when stored at room temperature, and up to 3-4 days if refrigerated.

Do you cater?

We do cater! We do corporate/business events, private events, large, small, and anywhere in between! We can work with you to get you what you are looking for. Go to our "Contact" page and send us your message with the subject line "Catering Orders". We'll get back to you as soon as we can!

Can you package individually?

Yes, we can! It's usually available for events/catering. Ask us about it on our "Contact" page and send us your message with the subject line "Catering Orders" or "General Inquiries". We'll get back to you as soon as we can!

Can you provide custom label/stickers?

Unfortunately, we are not graphic designers, but for events or custom orders, you can send us an image or text that you would like printed on a label/sticker and we'll see what we can do! Go to our "Contact" page and send us your message with the subject line "Catering Orders" or "General Inquiries", we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

Do you take requests?

We take requests! Ask us about what you would like and we'll see if we are able to do it.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! Go to our "Contact" page to send us a message and choose the subject line "Wholesale Orders". We will get back to you within as soon as we can to help you with any questions/orders you may have!

Policies

What if I am going to be late to pickup my order?

We schedule our time around the orders we receive. We may have other things to tend to such as buying inventory, deliveries, and even family time. We would appreciate any contact to let us know that you will be running late for pickup. We can not guarantee your order without adequate notification that you will be late. If no one picks up your order on the scheduled day, it will be considered forfeit and no refund will be issued.

What if I have to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if we are given at least 36 hrs notice before pickup/delivery time. If your order is cancelled within 24-36 hrs notice, we will issue only a 50% refund. If your order is cancelled or forfeited within 24 hrs notice, no refund will be issued.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

With our delivery area serving several parts of the GTA, and with the unexpected traffic or weather we may face, it will be difficult to give a specific time for delivery. Go to our "Contact" page and send us a message if you have any requests for delivery and we will try our best to accommodate!

What if nobody is home during delivery?

Every delivery has certain time slots that their order will be delivered in. It is expected that someone will be home during your chosen time slot. If there is nobody home at the time of delivery, we will leave your order by your front door. Due to the high volume, we can wait no longer than 5 mins per delivery. Please message us immediately if something prevents you or someone you know from being home to accept delivery and we will see what we can do.

What if I input the wrong delivery address?

We are not responsible for any incorrect information given to us. If we are unable to deliver due to any incorrect information then the customers order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given. Before forfeiture, we will try to contact the customer and see if delivery is still possible.
